You should only pay for what works for your business. If PROOVAM is not right for you, ask for your money back — no argument, no forms.
30-day money-back guarantee
You can ask for a full refund of any PROOVAM subscription payment within 30 days of the order date, for any reason. You do not have to explain yourself.
How to ask for a refund
Refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle. Go to paddle.net, enter the email address you paid with and open the order — or write to support@proovam.com and we will raise it for you. The money goes back to the card or account you paid from, usually within five to ten working days.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your plan page or through paddle.net. Cancelling stops the next payment; the plan you already paid for stays open until the end of that period.
Your records stay yours
A refund never deletes your book. Your sales, debts, customers and stock stay on your account, and you can download all of it at any time from More → Download my data.
